1st Fill, is pain and discomfort around the banded area normal, if so, for how long?

I have had one full and one unfill and both times I just feel crappy the whole next day! Sort port site and nausea

1st fill yesterday and port site is sore, PA said I would have some tenderness, so assuming this is normal
