Ok my 1 bite of Breakfast haa been stuck for 2hours now.. what do i do hurts

Try sipping something hot, like coffee or tea. It may relax your band a bit. Walk, stretch, or even try jumping up and down. Papaya enzymes can help some people - get them at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.< /p>

This is gross, and stand over a sink or toilet when you do it. Chug a few ounces of Water. It will go down, swirl, and come back up. Generally bringing the offending item with it. It isn't really a vomit, Just an urp and out.

Yes, being banded is all moonbeams, roses, and glamour! HA, NOT! We have to tell each other like it is. Who else will? :)

For future reference and as already mentioned above, the papaya enzymes do help, I keep them around in case they are needed...

Also, even though for most of us, it's a no no...a sip of something carbonated will make it bubble up to the top. Being banded isn't always pretty, but it's so worth it!
