RayLandry 18 Posted February 25, 2006 WOOWHOO!!:scared: This morning I accomplished a very big NSV! I ran my frist 10K (6.2 miles) as a bandster! Six months ago, prior to banding, I could barely walk a mile, much less run a mile. Well today I ran the 6.2 miles...NON-STOP! I missed my 60 min goal(time was 63mins) but the course was VERY tough (many hills) and the weather was rainy. I am VERY happy and proud about my victory! When you set a goal and work very hard towards it, and reach that goal........AHH...FEELS SO REWARDING! I'M ON A HIGH!
