waitingpatiently 250 Posted April 3, 2012 Ok....Let me put some thought into it this afternoon on how it might work best, and when I get home this evening I'll put something out there. If you have any suggestions as to what would make this work for everyone let me know. My first thought is that it might work well if we each have an assigned buddy. That way we could participate in the group thread but also would have someone to give us personal attention as well. ---We could even rotate our buddies every couple of weeks that way we get to know each other on a personal level. ---Would that be something you guys would be ok with? nursenetty11 1 Posted April 6, 2012 Well yesterday was day one of couch to 5k. I'll be honest, it was really hard. I don't feel to sore right now my biggest problem was catching my breath after the ruining. I hope this gets easier. Let me know if anyone else started yet.
