Mnt4ever 0 Posted March 26, 2012 M having sharp pain while walking and bending on and around large incision site. Not sure if it's normal healing or sign of something wrong...I'm seeing the dr tomorrow morning but I'm a little nervous Anybody else have this happen? 1shauna1 129 Posted March 26, 2012 My large site is where my port was, and if I bend the wrong way or lay on it sometimes, I feel a twinge. I'm sure all is okay, it's just healing still!

waitingpatiently 250 Posted March 27, 2012 The most walking I have gone until today was around the house. But today I ventured out and had the same type pain. very sharp not exactly on top of the port, but close to it. Figure there is probably something in there stretching.....I think its normal, I have have read of several other having similar pains.
honk 780 Posted March 27, 2012 I am about 20 months out. Today I did a long walk about 3.5 miles with some good hills. I had a bit of pain in the port area. After cooling down the pain went away.
Mnt4ever 0 Posted March 27, 2012 I hope my mind is just getting the better of me! I'm so terrified that my port isn't meshing w/my body n dr will have to do another surgery to remove it, let heal, n then yet another surgery after that to restore another port. I've heard of this happening and it terrifies me! I just want to b successful!!
