Ready2BFit 33 Posted March 23, 2012 Good morning everyone. Well I am on Day 5 of the PreOp Diet and I must say things are MUCH better. The first three days were really hard and I had the worst headache. At one point, I was even thinking about cancelling the whole thing and just give up; however something inside of me made me go on. So I have been drinking the Unjury and Celebrate Protein Shakes which are extremely good. Has anyone tried to put fresh fruit in the chocolate or the vanilla? I want to know what other varities are you all using. In addition, I have a huge container of whey Protein powder that I use as a dipping sauce for my sugar free popsicles...yes I am getting creative. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
