i put a rubber band on my wrist to remind me or the band im going to gave one day,and trying to follow band rules now and thinking about snapping band when i reach for something bad jk.

This is an awesome idea - I love it!! I have a friend who wants a band, but her insurance excludes wls of any kind. She can't afford to do it on her own, so I'm going to suggest this to her!
