I wanted to start this thread so that we can post some good recipes for us to try that are in the portion sizes that we need. I think is well help many that are searching on how are they going to make there new meals. Since I am 1 week post I will live what I have been eating Breakfast-banana protien powder -orange juice-2% milk or soy-half fresh banana- strawberry Lunch-my coworker made me so Soup all vegies blended up with so cheese it is so awesome. Once she gives me the recipe I will post its amazing. Greek yougurt with the high protien these taste so good and have 14grams of protien. I would love to read on other ideas.
