paula 4 Posted February 23, 2006 Cynthia, I cant offer anything other then: eat protien first, veggie's second, other things last. Eat scheduled meals, and no snacking in between. So boring, huh? I know, thats why Im having a heck of a time doing it myself. I really need to get back on the right track too. Thanks for the wake up call. Maybe we can help each other somehow. Julie* 0 Posted February 26, 2006 I have a book called Eating Well after Weight Loss Surgery that has some great recipes. I am still on full liquids and am planning on trying one of the smoothie recipes today. If people are interested I can post some of the recipes.

NJChick 3 Posted February 26, 2006 Cynthia, thats wonderful that your trying to make better choices, WTG !!!! I'm having a hard time staying away from the junk so I can't offer much here except that I do "try" to get baked things instead of fryed. Protein & veggies first like Paula said. Thats about it from the pnut gallery. Mostly I want to wish you much success with your changes... HUGS !!!!!
