Looking For A Good Fill Center In The Pnw

Hi there, I was banded 3/7/12 at the OCC by Dr. Ortiz and I'm trying to find a reasonably priced fill center in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. Anyone have any suggestions.. Thank You

There is around 4 providers (3 in WA and 1 in OR) on this location list.

I'm guessing that list isn't complete because my doctor in Coos Bay does them and he's not on the list. I would check around to who does the surgery and most likely the do the fills also.
