ElizabethAnne 40 Posted March 17, 2012 For my first week after surgery, I am searching for a sugar-free, high Protein Greek yogurt (with no pieces of fruit or other solids) that tastes good. The ones I've tried seem sour or bitter to me. I tried to find the Yoplait 4-packs that someone mentioned earlier but can't find them anywhere. The selection of Greek yogurt where I live is quite limited, but I will be traveling to a city before surgery. I'd appreciate any suggestions you have. It would also be helpful to know where you purchased the item (Whole Foods, supermarket, Walmart, etc.) Thanks for your help!
Holly Dolly 575 Posted March 17, 2012 I put 1 packet of Truvia in the yogurt and it makes it taste better.
alexd 12 Posted March 17, 2012 My nutritionist told me to add a little bit of honey into the yogurt or get a honey flavored yogurt.

I buy the Yoplait four packs from Safeway. the one with no chunks is honey vanilla, the coconut has a few flakes of coconut.

Pollyanna12 74 Posted March 20, 2012 I put some sugar free jam in the plain yogurt. costco plain is good but need something added. In the small containers I like Dannon's Oikos which is already mixed so no chunks! 1 ElizabethAnne reacted to this
