I'm concerned about having saggy butt skin. Are there exercises that helps with that?

You could always try the Brazilian Butt Lift videos. I have not tried it, but it might be worth a try. The infomercials look pretty interesting...

There is this machine that's called "The Butt Blaster" haha. You could try something like that! I'm sure your gym will have something similar!

Squats and lunges. Get u some dumbbells or resistance bands to do these exercises. lunges really work your butt!

Your skin cannot be exercised or toned up but if what is under it is larger(muscle or fat) it will be less saggy. For butt, squats and more squats...

SQUATS are better if u are just starting out.

I'm aware of that, maybe I should've phrased my sentence differently. I was just stating my concern. Thanks for your feedback. Squats are a great idea! :)

Squats exercise your gluteal muscles whether you are starting out or not...your butt will be sore and it will tell you you have used the right muscles!

I was checking out my own skin from some weightloss... I will have to do weights, cardio and good toneing... Drink plenty of Water, and keep my skin moistened to not sag... I fear the bad skin look... I don't want to looked aged after my weightloss

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
