georgia girl 35 Posted April 17, 2012 I have a question- how do you all wash your fruits and vegetables before juicing (or blending)? I have heard some say, just wash with Water and others have said to make your own vegetable/fruit wash by mixing Water, vinegar, and baking soda (I think?- can't remember exactly what I read and where I read it). Anyway, just wondering what you all do.... Thanks!

Anyway, just wondering what you all do.... Thanks! With greens like kale or spinach I wash them with a small amount of antibacterial soap. Dish soap or hand soap...Not a lot but just a little and I rinse them really really really well. With apples or carrots I just rinse in water.
