Okay, so I am heading to smoothie Factory and was wondering what is the best Protein Shake? I haven't tried Smoothie King but know the Gladiator is the best so please help!!

Even the Protein shakes are high in cals. and have limited protein!

I had a friend (Banded) and she would go there all the time and then she started reading the nutrition and was shocked at the carbs and calories.
