DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted March 11, 2012 I found the 4oz bottles of Water (Dannon makes some) were very helpful. It made it easy to keep track of how much Water I was drinking but in a manageable size. Skim milk is important to have on hand, too. If you like tea, I found it to be great for settling my tummy. My surgery is set for March 19th....please do a littl pray for me...,.My whole family has been sick with congestion, sore troat etc.....I'm trying real hard not to get it, but I have that little scratchy feeling in the back of my throat tis evening.....I swear if I'm sick ...Im not telling anyone!!
