It is just a picture of a plate that my dietician gave me. She called it that. It is half the plate of veggies (1 cup), half the plate Protein (1/2 cup), half the plate carbs (1/2 cup).

What is the lab band plate diet?

a special plate that has all you need on it to properly measure out the quantities you need with various foods. i bought one last night. its unbreakable and should be very handy because i have trouble with large portions at mealtimes.
