lellow 1,713 Posted March 7, 2012 what kind of music do you listen to though? When I exercise, I like angry rock music. I dunno why but it makes me cycle faster, run longer and seems to pump up the adrenalin. 2 Sojourner and Cazzy reacted to this
Ami Faught Crittenden 3 Posted March 7, 2012 well i was trying to find some ac/dc on itunes but i cannot find it i like dance music really anything to get me moving LOL... Footloose is my power song LOL Ami
lellow 1,713 Posted March 7, 2012 I don't think ac/dc is on iTunes. But dance music hmm. I actually found 'Single Ladies' really good for the right beat for cycling, and American Idiot by Green Day is good for running. Otherwise the Prodigy is AWESOME for keeping those feet thumping the pavement. Try Invaders Must Die, or Breathe, or Firestarter. Hysteria or Supermassive Black Hole by Muse is awesome for a run too. Anyway, those are some of my exercise tunes but they may not be to your taste!

Cynesra 1 Posted March 8, 2012 Katy Perry LMFAO Cascada Shakira Selena Gomez Jennifer Lopez Rihanna Lonely Island All bands i use for a playlist.... not stuff i'd listen to regularly but it's all dance style music with a good quick and up beat. I also listen to Japanese pop and bollywood music for their upbeat sounds that make it easier to keep up a good pace on a cardio workout , for me at least!
