Betje 0 Posted February 22, 2006 Hi everyone, I'm banded for about 3 months, i lost 22 kilo. But i have 2 weeks that i don't lost. I don't have any fill yet, but i feel that i don't need it because i still stuck or choke with some foods. What you guys usually eat for Breakfast, lunch or dinner? I have the MIDBAND. From the MD threads the folks who are losing really well count their calories, continue to to have 1 or 2 Protein Shakes a day and stick with a high Protein, low fat diet. shake in the morning, salad w/chicken for lunch and fish and green veggie for dinner. Protein Bars are good substitutes and nuts are a good snack. Good Luck and 22 kilos is nothing to sneeze at. You doing great, keep it up. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
