Howdo You Measure Your Food?

Just curious---do you measure your food in ounces or cups?

I use a digital scale.(my best buddy) some of the items I use show calories etc. in grams or ounces.

this works very well for me.

I measure everything, everything!

I measure meats, cheese, and baked potatoes on my scale and my vegetables and starches in measuring cups.

Honestly, I don't measure (at this point, because I'm wayyy too tight and can't really eat). But previously I measure any food to about a cup. That is the amount I was told to eat.
