caramelqueen 1 Posted March 1, 2012 I starting my journey as of today. The challenge for me is getting up and down of my bed and getting a diet plan together
cfalbro 23 Posted March 1, 2012 Today is my 2nd day after surgery. I'm still having a lot of trouble getting in and out of bed. I'm definitely finding easier ways of doing it, but there still feels like a lot of pulling on my stomach. You should try Lapband.com they have some really good recipes, though to be honest, I haven't felt like eating anything yet.
