larrypdot 20 Posted March 31, 2012 Back up to 178 today but after a huge loss last week and increased exercise I pretty much expected it. Good job on all the losses Still made your goal and an 8 pound loss for the month ain't bad. I also found from my own experience that once you hit one of big weight losses and then jump back up again, as long as you can stay on track it isn't long till you loose it again. I went for a fill on the 28th and I am back down to 260!!! wooohoo I made my goal, I also think I have made the green zone. I have noticed that if I drink to fast it feels "weird" cold Water seems to keep me feeling full and I have ate some pretty awesome homemade vegie Soup for lunch and it fills me up! 4 oz chciken and 3/4 c of soup and Im full!! WOW Im so stoked I am going to find exercise I can do now that does not require me to stand (Ive developed bilateral achilles tendonitis pretty severe) and see if I can burn 4 lbs off again this week Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Here's hoping I lose it soon a couple extra. I need to buy a new battery for my scale and keep forgetting so I have no idea what I weigh but am relatively certain I did not make my goal. NJMomma 3 Posted April 3, 2012 My scale battery is on the fritz too, I weigh the same, down to the ounce, at all different times of the day. Not possible. I'm always 4lbs heavier at night.
