Holy Moly, 6 pounds in one week. I'm happy with 6 pounds in a month anymore.

Larry - I usually lose 6 to 8 in a month so this was unusual for me. My weight had been bouncing back and forth for a while and finally it dropped.

ok I went up 2.2 lbs!! :angry::( I have had a horrible time with my blood sugars this week :blink: :blink: So its back on strict stuff and to see if I can loose this gain before Wednesday the 28th....
