honk 780 Posted February 27, 2012 I can't really say that the band is better or worse during Pre Menstral. I do find that once I start nothing sounds appetizing (first day or so). mrsclooney918 47 Posted February 29, 2012 PMS is like that I have no band at all. It's very frustrating because I don't realize right away. I can justify eating anything at that time.
