PhotoNut 7 Posted February 22, 2006 Hi Shontel, Welcome to LBT. It really is an amazing place, isnt it? It's been a huge help to me and so much fun making new friendships. Good luck in your early stages of the journey. Really do your research and pick a good doc.

DonnaB 3 Posted February 22, 2006 Hi Shontel, I am also a self-pay having surgery in Mexico. My surgery is on March 7, 2006 and my surgeon is Roberto Rumbaut. Who are you going to have do your surgery? DonnaB
Shontel 3 Posted February 23, 2006 After months of research, I chose Dr. Sanchez, for me, he was the best and most reasonable in terms of cost, since I'm a self pay. Good luck to you! I'm still saving so haven't set a date yet, but hope to very soon :welldone2:
thelonestarlet 0 Posted February 23, 2006 Hello everyone , I am new to forum. I am thinking about the LBP and have spoken to 4 doctors. I think that Dr.Rodriguez is my best choice to have it done in Mexico because I live in the DFW area and I want the same Dr to do my fills. But I want feedback on something, is there anyone who will finance the entire surgery($8900.00).I really want it done by summer but cannot afford it right now. Shontel 3 Posted February 23, 2006 There are many medical finance options available. Ask your patient coordinator about what ones they use, or you could take a personal loan ect.
