otters38 31 Posted February 25, 2012 I am on day 5 of my pre-op diet and am excited that I have lost 9 pounds, HOWEVER I am so constipated. I am drinking tons of Water, I get two fruits a day and steamed veggies along with my Protein Shakes and grilled chicken or fish. I have also taken two doses of MiraLAX--one yesterday and one today. Still NOTHING!! This is horrible. Any other suggstions?? I just got off the treadmill but could only do about 10 minutes. My tummy just hurts. UGH!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
