I dont count calories or fat either, I just make sure I get in 60 - 80 grams of Protein a day. some of my regular meals include I do eat greek fat free yogurt for Breakfast 13 g Protein 3 oz tuna for lunch with small cucumber and ranch dip 20 g protein Lots or lean cuisine and weight watcher meals, especially the ones with low carbs and high protein. other than that I eat whatever I feel like. It seems to be working and I don't feel deprived at all. I also don't have a reguar workout schedule.. If I did I would have lost more by now. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
