I've been lacking on the excersise portion of my weightloss, so I know March 1st is just around the corner, so lets all do a fitness challenge together. Any ideas on what challenge we should have? Walking distance in a month?, total minutes per day?. Give your input and we'll do it together! Gooooooooooo January Bandsters!!!!! Example: Goal for the month 500 minutes 3/1 30/270/300 3/2 30/240/300 or something like that? Of course , I don't know if we can edit an existing post? Just an idea, whatever we decide I'm in. I'm trying to find every excuse to exercise! it don't mater I live on the 4th floor lol so I try to pick up speed when I go up the floors or only take one thing up at a time I even will load myself with lots of items so it's heavy, things like that lol CMD what is C25K? it sounds like something I might want to look into. I want to do a K next yr but more like a 10k or 15k lol Ok bandsters lets get out there and MOVE!
