Emotional Rollercoaster...anyone Else?

On post op day 5 I sat in the shower and cried for an hour. I was so hungry & depressed. I didn't think I. Would ever survive. Here I am 10 months later and down 94 pounds!

Just a thought here. When were Obese are Hormones are all out of Whack ! Mine were too, with weight loss they went back in place. So if you realize this is a normal process, it does make it easier. We were taught this at our seminar.

I am so glad I found this post, I am 7 days post op. And going through the same things. I keep thinking, oh god what have i done and i wish i could go back in time. I was so excited before. And now I'm paranoid I'll fail or it'll fail. My kids are so young, what if I get sick and on on on... LOL I am trying everything to not think about it. Just glad to know I'm not alone. Going outside does help. That and I keep hugging my kids

Sha1234 we need to keep reminding ourselves we did it for our kids. So we can be here for them for the long haul. Lucky for us we have sights like this one that are helpful. Best of luck it will all work out for the best!! Here's to a healthy us cheers
