aligirrl77 0 Posted February 21, 2006 i dunno whats wrong with me latey...all of a sudden i am slipping back into bad habits again. Eating more then i am supposed to and not wanting to exercise. Im sure i need a fill bc i can eat alot more then i could say a month ago but i cant get one until april bc im having another surgery at the end of this week. my question to all of you is how do u refocus and get back on track? i keep thinking tomorrow is another day but then somehow i screw up again (eat the wrong things make excuses not to workout). Marimaru 7 Posted February 21, 2006 Are you in a position to get away from those things you eat that you shouldn't? Like could you bring a lunch to work or something? I find that if I'm eating bad at work, if I take a few days and bring my meals, it helps me get back on track. Unfortunately as far as the gym goes, I just have to make myself go for a few days to get back on track with that. "I'm going today no matter WHAT!" is what I have to tell myself, and then I just have to do it. Or at least make sure you take a walk at some point during the day.
