I drink the Premier Protein drinks as well - more protien and tastes good too. I went to their website and it says they are available at costco (where I buy them) and also at Sam's Club, so maybe you can find them there. Comes out to a little over a dollar for each one, and they are great at curing that hungry feeling, plus you can take them on the go.

Saw Muscle Milk Light ready to drink at costco today. I don't think it's something they normally carry. 140 cal for 20 g Protein.< /p>

I never tried there RTD from Muscle Milk. Only the powder that mixes with Water.< /p>

Fabulous info!! Thank you all so much!! I am going to Sam's tomorrow to stock up. I looked at a couple places for liquid Tylenol without luck. Is it the children's kind that adults just take more of, or is there a liquid for adults? Sorry about all of the questions, just trying to get everything ready before surgery on the 6th!!

i used the slimfast shakes...the ones with 20g of Protein, 180 calories and 2grams of net carbs...i found them to be delicious:)

Where do u find the Slim Fast High Protein? I can't find them at Wal-Mart.

<---is going to Sams also! I didn't like the Atkins shake at all, made me throw up in my mouth! TMI! Also, grab some Gas X dissolvable strips. I've heard they're a life saver after surgery with the gas pains.
