Hey Serenity don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes like it or not we do get lost in the shuffle when it comes to other people paying us the attention we deserve. The trick is to make yourself known again and again until they pay attention. SO i would say just call them up again and start telling them how disappointed you are with the lack of follow up. If that doesn't perk them up send them the link to this thread that will get thier attention. After all they are a business that relies on good ratings like any other.

I am surprised that you didnt speak with a nutritionist. My nutritionist has the following guidelines:

4 meals a day

Protein at EVERY meal

max of 2 meals can have fruit

max of 2 can have a whole grain carb

no more than 1 cup of food at each meal

I hope this helps. I haven't had a fill yet, but just be patient. Maybe with 2-3 more fills you will see your appetitie decrease

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
