readytogoforit 172 Posted February 15, 2012 I found a new bread at the store today. Arnold's already sells the sandwich thins, I love them, but these are mini's. they are about 3" in diameter , whole wheat, <1 gram fat, 11 g carb, 50 calories, 2.5 Protein. still the same great taste only little. So helpful when carbs are such an issue!!!! Gotta love it. 1 ready for my journey to be reacted to this

healthy and happy 64 Posted February 16, 2012 I love sandwich thins. I buy different brands, whatever is available (Pepperidge Farms, Arnolds, etc.. I usually use one half of it to toast and cover with scrambled egg in the morning sometimes. I also use them to make a little pizza. I put some pizza Quick sauce, fat free cheese, and whatever toppings i want on it and stick it in the toaster oven. I love it just as good as regular pizza. I eat half of a slice with sloppy joe or sometimes spread a little pb or jelly on it. They are the best when you want a little bread- very low calorie and not too much carb count either. I usually buy the whole wheat or grain varieties. 1 readytogoforit reacted to this

JennK2008 12 Posted February 16, 2012 I saw the mini's at the store the other day. I think I'm going to try them next time I go to the store. I have beenn getting the Orowheat sandwich thins and they are very good. I haven't been able to eat bread since I was banded, but after discovering the thins (I toast mine) I am able to eat a sandwich from time to time.
