Real Food Finally:)

Happy Valentines to everyone. Today I went for my weekly weigh in. 1-1/2 pounds lost since last week. Not huge, but a loss none the least. I also was able to start real foods today. Thank goodness, I was starving with all the liquids and mush. I made Orange Roughy with Broccoli, MMMMteeth_smile.gif . Even though I was only able to eat a small piece of the fish and 1/2 cup of the broccoli. Wow what a difference a day can make. I think I can get used to the small portions now. Then if the day couldn't have been better already, my husband gave me these beautiful diamond earrings and a vase full of flowers for Valentines Day. This is going to be a good year after all.

So glad to hear that! I eat with baby spoons, makes the meal last longer and I get a fuller sensation than when I eat with a big fork.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
