Lilygirl40 3 Posted February 10, 2012 I am a chocoholic. Damn Valentine's Day!!!! Been eating a couple of pieces a day. BAD ME!!!
TracieR 88 Posted February 10, 2012 It could be worse, right? Before my band I would've eaten a whole bag a day. I think, as long as it doesn't get out of control, a special treat now and then is ok. But if you can't control yourself throw it away, I can't have anything in my house or I eat it. So I don't allow it in...my poor husband. LOL!!
Jachut 487 Posted February 10, 2012 Love it. But not more than Cookies. Horrible, processed, full of trans fats and artificial ingredients supermarket Cookies. We have a brand here called Scotch Finger, kind of a shortbread sort of thing. Dipped in coffee. Morning, noon, night. Six or seven of them at a time (almost 100 calories each). Anytime is the right time for a coffee and a bikkie. Sigh. Its just a blanket ban for me. I will never be able to eat cookies one or two a day. If I'm going to have them, I've accepted I'm in for a major calorie blow out and planned accordingly around it.
readytogoforit 172 Posted February 10, 2012 I also love chocolate, I eat it too! I have decided that because I am worth it I will only eat the good stuff!! I buy a bar from Lindt. I allow myself 1 square, let me tell you I savor it. I have no problem with this as long as I log what I eat in myfitnesspal. I agree with the person who said I used to eat most of the bar and look for more! thank God for this band, it always make me think....
Lilygirl40 3 Posted February 14, 2012 Between the Kids' Birthdays and valentine's day there has been a surplus of chocolate in the house. Now it is all gone, cuz I ate it!!! But, now I am going to get back on track. I haven't had a fill yet, and I am trying to do this on my own and it is hard. Hopefully I will be getting a fill next month, in the mean time there won't be anymore chocolate in the house!!!!
Holly Dolly 575 Posted February 14, 2012 Life is TOO short to NOT enjoy chocolate! I log my food intake, so I am accoutable for the calories. Takes the guilt away!
