I feel so beat/tired while working three 12-hour shifts overnight (usually in a row), so I was wondering if anyone did anything to energize themselves? #MagicWithinme 173 Posted February 5, 2012 couldnt you take short mini walks at work, I know I do, I walk things out to offices that are in our complex, on my break I take a 15 minute brisk walk, timed myself so I knew how far out to walk so I could come back in time. every little bit helps.
