sandymax 27 Posted February 4, 2012 Give it time and don't drive yourself nutts weighing yourself. It seemed that I gained two pounds a week after my adjustment then a week later I was down 9 pounds. Everyone is unique of course. I say don't weigh in more than once a week. It will mess with your head! Good luck to you and congrats on your significant weight loss already! jennifer1 180 Posted February 5, 2012 the scale is the devil in my house! i have broken a scale from throwing it down the stairs. LOL. i was soooo obsessed with the scale weighing everyday, several times a day. but i finally figured out that since i work out 4-5 times a week and i was losing inches and gaining muscle mass. muscle is heavier than fat so that's why the scale wasnt moving. eventually it did start moving, but i lost clothing sizes before the scale really moved. so try and see if you're losing inches. best wishes!
