I just got the lap band

I just got banded yesterday. By dr. speigal. Everyone at the surgery clinic were so sweet. Today I'm just a little sore but I'm still going to make it to work Monday.

Welcome to Bandlandia. I know the soreness is kind of ruff but it will subside. Make sure you get your Water in. Drink your Proteins and walk as much as possible ..it helps with the gas. Congrats!
