I'm slowly (emphasis on slowly) losing, but not gaining -- and as I've read in other posts, I am WAY more fit than I was last year. I am running four days a week and just completed my first half marathon in January. Never in a million years would I ever have been able to do that. I hope everybody is doing well. Elle23 0 Posted March 1, 2012 TxMama ~ You shouldn't be upset at all! I think we've all had our ups, downs, and plateaus with the band. I plateaued for 5 months or so and am just now getting back into hard workouts. I ended up going back to the pre-op diet for 10 days and that kick started me again...it was hard, but I finally got off of my plateau. Keep us posted -- you are doing well -- just think, you are still about 30 lbs. down -- and that's awesome! (((HUGS))) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm still about 25 pounds from goal, but chugging along. I agree -- the closer you get, the harder it is...though I am totally determined. Loozer2b 1 Posted April 22, 2012 Hey all......just found the iPad app so I may pop in more frequently.....I am down 96#.....and seems like I've plateaus for the past few months which is discouraging because the past few months is where I've exercised most......things are shifting but I want numbers to drop!!!
