went to my first post op apt today and i lost 13lbs . woo hoo, that was sooo exciting. it gave me the push to keep going. all this suffering i did and complaing this last week was all worth it!! super duper happy.

Congratulations! I know that's how I felt when I went in for my first appointment after my surgery. It was nice to hear that all the pain and uncomfortable feelings I went through that first week paid off. Good luck on the rest of your journey!

I had my first op appt yesterday too! Went down 15 pounds and 12 days post-op. Going to start walking today with a friend and hopefully riding an exercise bike at home. CONGRATULATIONS very encouraging!
