sherrypep 91 Posted February 1, 2012 I am scheduled for my first fill tomorrow. I am very nervous because the Physicians Assistant is doing it not my Dr. I remember her saying that if I lost enought weight she would not need to do a fill. However, I lost about 22 pounds in 7 weeks and it has come to a halt this week. I am very pleased so far (not complaining) but I kind of hope she will do the fill. How bad does it hurt and how do they find that little port under your skin?
Holly Dolly 575 Posted February 1, 2012 Honestly, I prefer my PA over the doctor! I don't feel a thing when she does it. They push and feel around to locate it. Mine gives a little something beforehand to numb it,but I don't feel anything she does. The dr just had a heavier hand while trying to find it before. Now you can feel mine no problem.
