im in australia and the book that guides you all the way from Optifast pre surgery to normal eating is called the KNIFE FORK AND BAND its been like a bible to me so maybe check it out on the internet and see if you can get it . I was banded on the 24th jan 2012 and im not sure how i would be coping without the book and the recipes are delicious.
