sgardner6121 0 Posted January 24, 2012 I notice that when I get full sometimes I have a sneezing fit, Why does sthis occur?
elcee 3,341 Posted January 24, 2012 Different people have different full signals. Some hiccup, some sneeze, some sigh.I believe it has something to do with pressure either on one of the nerves or possibly the diaphragm. Learning to recognise your signal so that you don't overeat can help save you a lot of discomfort.
Knaroz 31 Posted January 24, 2012 Very true mine was my nose would run, if I start to hiccup I have eatten too much and will more than likely be sick very soon. I think learning these signs really helped my success in the band.
Joyce Real 21 Posted January 24, 2012 I get the hiccup and runny nose, sometimes by then it is too late and I am gonna be sick, but sometimes it just means stop now!
xavier 153 Posted January 24, 2012 irritation of the nerves of the diaphragm...any clue to stop eating is a good clue!

lellow 1,713 Posted January 25, 2012 Runny nose here too. I just realised I haven't had one in months. Plus I've been about to burp again, something I haven't been able to do for about 2 years. My band's been loose so maybe it's time to see my dr again, just to check in.
Bunz1969 4 Posted January 25, 2012 I sneeze too, but only once. I generally sneeze in two's, so if we are eating and I sneeze once, my hubby looks over and says "Oops! Guess you are done" LOL If I drink something cold too quickly or too big of a gulp I will get hiccups. Isn't it wonderful!! :-)
