So I began my journey at 284.5 pounds and have since lost a little over 100 pounds with the assistance of my band...my brother who was 320 saw this and has started to exercise and watch what he eats and has lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks...feels good to know you are also helping your loved ones.

Gratz to you and your bro my other half he lost 72lbs and no band, just eating bigger portions of what i eat, so our healthy lifestyle has now benefited both of us and hopefully our 20 yrs together will now become 40 yrs or even more. Its good to know that you can help others make the the decision to change their lives too.

Super congrats for your amazing weight loss and your brother's! Since my band, my two best friends have lost 12 and 20 lbs, respectively! Just by being aware of making better food choices (I don't preach or anything. Just them seeing my progress in real life!). You're right! Wonderful domino effect!
