Why Is That When I . . . . .warning Not A Nice Subject

Recommended Posts

Okay, I'm too tight and I know that. Going to doc for sligh unfill today. But I'm curious, when I vomit (and I've ONLY had ice chips!) why is it so frothy/bubbly? Sorry if you are grossed out.

Thanks!

I think the body makes a lot of saliva and mucus to protect you esophagus when you are sick...

And t is a self defense mechanism to force you to vomit dislodging whatever the blockage may be.

Agreed! It's the "slime". I can tell when I'm about to PB by the amount of saliva I start to produce. "If you're droolin', you better be toolin' to the potty!"

You are probably experiencing this due to sinus drainage. I get the same foaming also called froth (frothing) when allergy season is in full bloom. I get a slight unfill and I'm fine.

I can't do ice, it makes everything tighten up.
