mizpk83 9 Posted January 18, 2012 I have the 80/20 plan..my deductible is $750.00 Blue Cross requires that the procedure be done in the hospital so that's bout $1300.00 Dr. About $500.00 and Anstesialogist $400.00 so I'm looking at about $3000.00. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Raindygus 1 Posted January 19, 2012 Ok I have a 70/30 plan with no deductible I will just have to pay my 30 percent of my procedure yes my surgery has to be done at a hospital as well I'm excited I have 6 visits how many visits o you have to get before the procedure.
