cutecamille 2 Posted January 23, 2012 I drink chocolate Muscle Milk Lite the premixed drink that comes four to a pack. I get it from Walmart. i'm not a milk drinker because I am lactose intolerant. I love the chocolate MML. I don't even refrigerate it. I have mixed it with coffee to make a chocolate latte. I have mixed it with carnation instant Breakfast and ice to make a "milk shake". I am a "chocoholic" so this satisfies my craving for chocolate candy and chocolate cake. I have not tried the powder, but I don't like the powder Protein that i have now. (a different brand). The MML is 100 cal and the total fat grams is lower than the protein amount (which is what my doctor said I should be sure to keep an eye on even if the item says low fat or low cal). At any rate, I highly recommend the MML liquid, I don't know about the powder or the regular MM.

cavwife67 1 Posted January 29, 2012 MM is one of the few things I can get overseas where we are stationed. So far I've tried the chocolate and vanilla creme. The vanilla one I think is my fav of all the Protein Drinks I've tried so far, where the premixed drinks are concerned. I buy the four packs that are like box drinks. I also bought banana and Cookies & cream to try this week. I like their powders as well... have tried the cinnamon bun, blueberries & Cream and strawberries & Cream and I like them all so far. bellaloco 13 Posted January 30, 2012 costco has MM Lite in the ready made. They are great to grab in the morning during the work week. I think they are on special right now (until the end of January) $4 or $5 off. As for powder, I prefer the brand Pure Protein. I got mine at Target, but I know it is available at Walmart as well. cinrog 0 Posted January 30, 2012 I love MM Vanilla Creme. I drink it every morning. I add coffee and a dash of ff vanilla flavored Syrup to add pizzazz. If I have not fulfilled my daily amount of Protein, I then have a cup in the evening... I make it with ff milk and a dash of cinnamon. Delish!

n2animals 5 Posted February 2, 2012 I like EAS as well, but I recently tried Oh Yeah Protein Shakes and they are by far the BEST tasting shakes I have tried. The bananas n cream was really good as well as the chocolate. The chocolate was a little sweet so I added some skim milk to it. It comes in 14oz and has a 32g of Protein and 3G of sugar. In the store it cost almost $4 a bottle. I just found it on Amazon and the case of 12 breaks down to $2.60ea. I definitely recommend trying this one. Today I took the bananas n cream rtd shake and blended it with the costco frozen fruit mix (strawberries, mango, pineapple, papaya), it was so good.
