Grider 92 Posted January 17, 2012 Anyone has tried the flatbreads? no yeast almost like crackers, as in Melba toast, baked crackers and the variety of little hard toasted breads.
Crystalapril11 36 Posted January 17, 2012 I did try flat bread and had no issue. Just keeping it to a minimum. Crystal
sandybraman 18 Posted January 17, 2012 Is flatbread easier than toast? I'm talking about occasionally, with an egg, rather than an english muffin or wholewheat toast.
SageTracey 608 Posted January 17, 2012 I can't eat toast or bread but I can usually tolerate flat bread or wraps so long as I take it very slowly. Good luck.
PrtyAntOvrYt 6 Posted January 17, 2012 I haven't ever had problems with bread of any type, Soft, toasted or tortillas. I do think most do much better with crackers, flat breads and wraps. It's a matter of not keeping your band too tight and eating slowly with tiny bites. I get stuck when I rush my meals because I've waited until I'm starving to eat! LB4Me 35 Posted January 17, 2012 I've had Wasa crackers. Sorta like melba toast. No problem, but they taste like dry cardboard. I have no problem with some wraps, tortillas and toasted multi-grain english muffins as long as I go slowly.
