Mzclassy78 1 Posted January 15, 2012 It's been three weeks since my last fill putting me at 9.2cc. Today I ate a banana for the first time and became very nauseous! has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I add this to my DO NOt eat list?
KristyT 16 Posted January 15, 2012 i have had nausea before from cottage cheese. it depends on the time of day for me. I seem to be tighter in the morning and afternoon, I wouldn't put it on your do not eat list, I would try it again at a different time of day and take it slow. 1 Mzclassy78 reacted to this
Mzclassy78 1 Posted January 15, 2012 I think I am tight also now in the morning because I am not hungry at all in the mornings, it's the evening when i become very hungry and could eat everything in sight. Thanks for the information!
Jachut 487 Posted January 15, 2012 Bananas are on my do not eat list, possibly the hardest of ll foods for me.
SageTracey 608 Posted January 15, 2012 I have good restriction and find bananas are very easy to take. Maybe try just a little bit at a time to see how you go.
54Shirley 105 Posted January 16, 2012 I can eat only a little bit of one, when I'm at proper restriction. Otherwise it's out the Question.. So very small pieces.
