I'm nervous about getting the surgery because of how it will change my life in some ways - like for the New Year I've already quit drinking which is fine so far but it will be hard when there are family get togethers. Changing my whole lifestyle with foods and exercise seems like it will be such a challenge. Any thoughts on this or advice? Thanks!
