jenjaw 13 Posted December 31, 2011 Tomorrow I will be 6 months post op. I've been taking the Vitaband chewables. They are fine except I have to order them online. I was thinking of trying the Centrum Chewables. I feel that at this point I eat a variety of foods and could possibly swith to a more readily available Vitamin? What are you thoughts and what are you using? 1 1208 reacted to this
Humming Bird 275 Posted December 31, 2011 My surgeon told me to use Adult Centrum chewables and I have stuck with those all along. I also take a couple other things, but not sure they are helping anything. I know the Fiber gummies work great, but the others?
jenjaw 13 Posted December 31, 2011 Did your Dr. say to take 1 or 2 a day of the Centrum?
JackiFL 4 Posted December 31, 2011 I'm using the (Target brand) Up & Up adult Gummy multivitamins; two per day (one a.m., one p.m.) and I'm happy with the chewability and taste.
sandi67 0 Posted December 31, 2011 I have been using Flintstones chewables Complete 2 a day - they work well for me & don't taste too bad, as long as you wash them down with a little Water.< /p>
laddie1229 18 Posted December 31, 2011 I am using Nature's Bounty Your Life Multi Adult gummies. I bought them at Wal-Mart, they have fiber and taste pretty good. I don't like Gummy anything so that is saying a lot.

54Shirley 105 Posted January 1, 2012 I use Flintstone Complete with Choline 1 chewable 3 X a day. I have been taking these since I have been banded, and NO! Regrets. I go to there website, and print out some coupons, and pick them up on sale. I have tried Costco/ Sam's Club Vitamins with CHOLINE, and they just don't have as much pick me up to me. Good Luck Shopping.. Happy New Year ! Shirley.
loretta\ Baconton Georgia 10 Posted January 1, 2012 I have not started the reg Vitamins yet but I read alot about the papya enzymes helping if you get a stuck.. I love the taste. you can take them 3-9 times per day as desired. it helps to digest your food and get it on out of the system faster.. love it..
